All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Anand, Gujarat by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For Domestic – 7 to 14 business days
For International – 14 to 21 business days
Order deliveries will be made between 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Goods will have to be signed for upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternate i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
Stradiotto takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Stradiotto is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the acquisition date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the subsequent address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
