Pancakes and Waffel Mix
Ingredients:
Rice flour, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, sugar, egg powder, modified starch, stabilizer base: (emulsifiers: E470a, E471, E472b, E477, glucose syrup, milk proteins , stabilizers E450i, E450iii), sodium bicarbonate, raising agents: gluconodeltalactone, salt.
Preparation:
Dissolve 150 g of product in 200 ml of water for pancakes or 150 g of product and 50 g of sugar in 150 ml of water for waffles, dissolve well with a whisk or planetary mixer then pour the mixture onto a previously buttered pan or special plate .
