Catalan Cream
Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, refined coconut oil, cream base: (dehydrated glucose syrup, refined coconut oil, emulsifier: E472b, milk protein ), cream powder, alginate: (calcium alginate E404, sodium pyrophosphate E450, sodium phosphate E339), flavorings, salt, color: beta-carotene.
Preparation:
Dissolve 100 g of product in 250 ml of milk (or 100 ml of cream and 150 ml of milk), whip with an electric or planetary whisk at maximum speed for about 3 minutes. Store in the refrigerator, serve cold.
