Creme Caramel
Ingredients:
Sugar, skimmed milk powder, edible gelatin, flavorings, gelling agent: carrageenan, salt, coloring: beta-carotene.
Preparation:
Dissolve 150 g of product with 1 liter of milk (or liquid cream) until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps and heat, stirring constantly until almost boiling (70/80 ° C). After removing it from the heat, pour the mixture into the molds and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
